Rules of Commission /tos

Listed below are my terms of services please read them beforehand:

***I have every right to deny a commission if it makes me feel uncomfortable or if I believe it is wrong. If I am not confident about it, and etc. Please understand that we all have limits and boundaries.***

TURNAROUND PERIOD

Duration of the work should be around 14 days depending on how complex the work is. Please be warned that your commission may be delayed depending on factors such as: health, commission queue, complexity, work, or family issues. So please understand if it takes longer than usual.

PAYMENT

All prices are in AUD, although I have provided conversion to USD for ease.
NO DISCOUNTS or negotiation on prices unless there is a promotion period.
Half of the payment needs to be made before the sketch. Duration for payment is within 10 days of my response to your request. The other half will be provided once the work is finished.
(Please note this doesn’t apply if you are ordering through Ko-Fi)
Payment via Paypal. Transaction fees are covered by me.

Terms

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION of order once a slot has been reserved. (please double-check whether or not you want to push through with the commission).
Regardless of how large the payment may be: NEVER USE MY ARTWORKS FOR NFTs. I DO NOT CONDONE THEM. Additionally, you may not sell my artworks.
I am not responsible for any copyright if you chose the design. Please do a background check on the design to avoid such violations.
I have the right to post your commission on my social media and make it into my portfolio. If you want to keep the work private, please inform me first.
I might use your commission with a watermark as an example for future commission samples and it will be uploaded to Twitter, Instagram and any other social media I have.
By commissioning, you are agreeing to my terms. If you file a chargeback against me, all of your rights with the artwork are retracted and I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to other potential buyers.
If such a case ever happened, you will be blacklisted from my commissions. Your name shall be publicly posted so others may be warned of your actions. To which I also have the right to file a legal complaint and I will have all the rights to the money paid.

VTUBER/LIVE2D MODEL TERMS

Included in the ready to rig file have the following parts cut:

- Eye parts

- Default mouth parts (open guide, close)

- Animal ears/tail (if any)

Additional expressions and cutting have extra charges stated on the commission page.

- Vtuber models will be sent over to you in PSD unless specified otherwise.

- Please provide me with your twitch or youtube channel where you intend to use the model. If you haven't created one yet, please include your social media link so I can tag you or include it once I finish my work.
I will be promoting your model on my socials and will be credited for drawing it. Please note I will use your model to promote my services to others. (They will not have access to the model, and I will be using a flat piece version so that no one can steal it. Your commission's safety is my priority.)

Process

Payment is sent in half before starting the piece or at the sketch presentation. Otherwise, I will not start the next step of the work. (Unless using Ko-Fi. Then the price will be in full.)

Progress updates are given: Sketch - Rough Colours - Half Rendered - Final.
I may send additional information as I make it to make sure you are 100% happy with what you are receiving.

Customer Satisfaction

My sketch might not look the exact same as the final result since it's only to show the overall concept/expression.
All major changes must happen during the sketch and rough colour progress. I will not give you any revision once I start the rendering. If it is still needed, it's +$20(AUD) for each revision. Slight changes (for example: “now that you’ve shaded that, it’s not 100% the right colour, can you change it slightly?”) do not count in this. However, too many changes and I may refuse or charge extra. Please keep this in mind.
Extreme changes will come with an extra charge such as outfit changes or almost completely redrawing the character.
Extras such as complex design, redesign from scratch or detailed backgrounds will cost extra.
If you want your order to finish faster / on a certain date, you will have to pay extra (50% of your order). I would need to prioritise your drawing over my other commissions which requires bumping you up on the line. For further information, we can discuss it together.
Be VERY specific with your order and references.
I am not responsible for any copyright if you chose the design. Please do a background check on the design to avoid such violations.
The final piece will be sent via email after the full price is received.

COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

Commissioned work is for non-profit personal use. For commercial work, please contact me to discuss further. Additional Price for Commercial use will be 25% of the price.

(This does not count for VTuber/PngTuber commissions.)

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (unless it's a commercial-use commission)
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Removing my watermark, signature, and altering the artwork without my consent.
